KidZone Church

 

KidZone Church is aimed at children from P2 – P7, and provides an alternative approach to the traditional Sunday School style.

 

Based on the Metro Ministries format, our 45 minute programme is led from the front, by a combination of leaders, and is designed to be fast-paced, relevant and interactive.

A typical KidZone morning will incorporate some lively singing, (with plenty of actions!), learning a Bible verse, 1-2 short object lessons, Bible stories or dramas, fun games/quizzes and, on some weeks, a simple craft to take home.

 

 

The programme every week centres round a key truth, with each element, reinforcing that.No matter what the theme, we make sure a strong Gospel message is brought out, as well as an application for the Christian child.

 

 

Every child who regularly attends KidZone receives a weekly home visit from one of our leaders, and is given a small flyer, featuring the coming Sunday’s theme and some of the activities they can look forward to. This consistent approach allows us to build strong relationships with both the children and their parents, who are welcome to come along any Sunday, but particularly to our monthly Family Services.

 

KidZone has been running the KidZone format for over 5 years now and although the work is often a huge challenge, we hold fast to our original vision for this ministry -
